On May 8, Mr. Xu Kunlin, deputy secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and governor of Jiangsu Province, came to the Jiangsu production base of Taihua to investigate the integration project of green multi-functional nylon new material of Taihua New Material, and to pay attention to the production and operation of the enterprise as well as its future development. During the meeting, President Shen Weifeng introduced in detail the achievements made by Taihua in chain extension, chain mending, chain strengthening and gap filling. Through scientific and technological R&D and technological research, Taihua has broken the foreign technological blockade and price monopoly on high-end nylon products, opened up the industry chain of domestic nylon 66 in high-end and high value-added civilian filaments, and successfully entered the domestic and international high-end sports and leisure market and special protection field, effectively enhanced the production management level and market competitiveness of China's nylon 66 industry chain, and guaranteed the healthy and sustainable development of China's nylon 66 industry. At present, Taihua is focusing on high-end, intelligent and green development.

Governor Xu Kunlin praised Taihua's optimism in Jiangsu and its deep plowing in Huai'an. The integration project of green multi-functional nylon new material of Taihua New Material is the first 10-billion-grade industrial project successfully settled in Hongze District of Huai'an City, with a total planned investment of about 12 billion yuan, and the first phase of the project has been invested with more than 5 billion yuan and a floor area of about 460,000 square meters. The project was signed on October 28, 2021, and the construction was completed in only 70 days, and it only took 14 months for the first production line of the nylon 66 project to be put into production, which fully reflects the business service concept of Huai'an City that "project is king and environment is gold".
